In numerology, life moves in nine-year cycles. Your personal year number tells you where you are in that cycle: a year for beginnings, building, change, reflection or completion.

How it’s calculated

Add your birth month, your birth day and the year you want to look at, reducing each to a single digit, then reduce the total to a number from 1 to 9.

Example: born May 15, looking at 2027 → 5 + (1 + 5 = 6) + (2 + 0 + 2 + 7 = 11 → 2) = 13 → 4.
